Postnatal Yoga Fit
The Post-Natal Yoga Fit is a class divided into two parts. The first is 30 minutes of Fitness and the second is 30 minutes of Yoga. The class is completely suitable for women who have recently given birth. Babies are also welcome to take the class!
Barre Sculpt offers a well-balanced workout, aimed at toning and strengthening the entire body muscles. The exercises are done at the bar and on the mat.
TRX Full Body
TRX ™ Full Body works all areas of the body using only TRX ™ ropes (total resistance exercises). This workout uses body weight to complement the exercises to tone and firm the body without the use of machinery.
The Cardio30 is a 30 minute high intensity circuit class. Prepare to sweat!
Prenatal (available for everyone)
Yoga Doux is a combination of Hatha and Yin. The class aims to stretch the muscles and relax. It is also suitable for all levels including pregnant women or women who have recently given birth.
Power flow is a form of dynamic yoga, which involves repetition of poses that increases body heat and strengthens muscles. These classes will make you sweat from head to toe!
The moon flow offers a similar training, but of lower intensity. It is only given in the evening in a nocturnal atmosphere accompanied by candles.
