Postnatal yoga is a class for new mothers who want to practice physical activity with their newborn baby. This class includes postures and deep breaths that allow moms to reduce stress and tension while integrating games and movements to stimulate the baby.
Barre Sculpt offers a well-balanced workout, aimed at toning and strengthening the entire body muscles. The exercises are done at the bar and on the mat.
TRX™ Core targets the muscles of the abdominal belt. This workout uses the weight of the body to complete the exercises to tone and firm the abdominal area without the use of machinery.
TRX™ + Yoga
A combination that aims to increase the physical and mental balance. The sequence of postures improves muscular endurance and flexibility. A perfect mix to allow you to go even further in your postures.
Prenatal yoga aims to increase flexibility, strength, circulation and balance. This class includes perineal strengthening exercises suitable for pregnant women to prepare the body for childbirth. It is recommended to start after the first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy, under the advice of the doctor.
Power flow is a form of dynamic yoga, which involves repetition of poses that increases body heat and strengthens muscles. These classes will make you sweat from head to toe!
The moon flow offers a similar training, but of lower intensity. It is only given in the evening in a nocturnal atmosphere accompanied by candles.
